To support the scale-up of SST UK, a specialist haircare and treatment brand, I acted as a full-stack growth partner across acquisition, retention and conversion. The focus was on building a sustainable growth engine, reducing reliance on paid media, expanding non-brand organic demand, and improving unit economics through CRO, lifecycle and subscription optimisation.
